Downtown Works Office Signage Policy

Every Downtown Works private office includes a complimentary 7" x 5" acrylic office plaque with a replaceable printed insert.

The plaque provides consistent, professional signage throughout our locations while allowing each company to display its business name or logo outside its office.

There is no charge for standard office signage.

What Will Be Displayed?

Your office plaque may display either:

• Your company name as listed on your Downtown Works Membership Agreement
• The official logo associated with that company

The company listed on the Membership Agreement is the company that must appear on the plaque.

If multiple businesses operate from the same office, only the company named on the Membership Agreement will be displayed.

Why Must the Sign Match the Membership Agreement?

Downtown Works is required to maintain accurate and consistent business identification throughout its locations.

Using the company name listed on the Membership Agreement helps ensure that office signage aligns with our membership records and does not create confusion regarding which business occupies or operates from the office.

Alternate businesses, unrelated brands, subsidiaries, product names, or additional companies may not be added unless the Membership Agreement and Downtown Works records have been updated and approved.

How Do I Submit My Logo?

Please provide your Community Team with a high-quality version of your company logo.

For the best print quality, we recommend:

• A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background
• A PDF or other high-quality logo file
• A logo obtained from your company’s official website or brand materials

Low-resolution or blurry images may not print clearly.

If no suitable logo is available, the company name may be displayed using the standard plaque template.

What Is Not Permitted?

The standard office plaque may not include:

• Multiple company names or logos
• Marketing slogans
• Promotional messages
• Websites or phone numbers
• Product names
• Personal names unless they are part of the company name
• Designs unrelated to the company listed on the Membership Agreement

Additional signs, decals, window graphics, door signs, or member-installed signage are not permitted unless Downtown Works provides prior written approval.

Is There a Fee?

No. The standard acrylic plaque and printed company insert are provided as a complimentary Private Office membership benefit.
